Watch Out For "The Curve"

Doesn't really matter where I have been but I'm here. I'm just here to explain and help y'all understand "The Curve"

The US Surgeon General says 4 out 10 people get curved every hour. All men and women get curved at least 12 times in their lifetime per the 2010 census. You text a man/woman and they text you back with one word answers or "Lol", "k", "naw" .... MISSION ABORT MISSION ABORT . ITS OVER, GIVE IT UP. THE SHIP IS ABOUT TO EXPLODE. That is we call "the curve" comes in at. Urban dictionary defines "the curve" - the act of rejecting an individual's advances or expressions of interest. (Don't judge my sources either this is hard research). To make it simple, when the person you are trying to approach shows little to no interest.

You have got to learn to detect and respect the curve. To detecting the curve you must look for the early signs of the curve. If they are looking away as you talk, answering texts or convo with one word answers, not engaging in conversation, not answering your texts or calls, taking a whole 8 hours to reply back with one word, etc etc the list goes on. Don't be the fool to send someone 17 messages that go unanswered. That's how you end up getting slandered on twitter and instagram and get called "thirsty".

You have to just respect the curve and go about your way. Once you notice the curve, just understand the person does not have an interest in you and back off. Step away from a situation before you get caught on an episode of "Thirst 48". They may throw an 98.3 mph curve ball your way, but you MUST respect it. The more persistent you are, the more you're just gonna keep making an (insert any term equal to being a clown) outta yourself..... not me, not them, not your mother, not anyone but you.

That was just a brief overview on the curve and its details. We've all been in these positions where the man/woman you want doesn't necessarily want. Let your pride go and respect the curve and take a step back.
